Personal Data Processed by Marly Grav
We process your personal data because you have requested information or registered for the event. Below is an overview of the personal data we may process, depending on the form you have completed (information request/registration for Marly Grav):

  • Gender

  • Date of birth

  • Location data

  • Data about your activities on our website

Marly Grav
We use various suppliers who process personal data on behalf of the Moev. A processing agreement has been signed with each party.

Google Analytics
We have concluded a processor agreement with Google. The data we collect in Google Analytics is anonymized and encrypted. The so-called "data sharing" with Google is disabled. Lastly, we do not use Analytics cookies in combination with other Google services.

Access, modification, or deletion of data
You have the right to view, correct, or delete your personal data. Additionally, you have the right to withdraw your consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Marly Grav, as well as the right to data portability. This means you can request that we send the personal data we have of you to you or another organization specified by you in a computer file. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data to info@marlygrav.com. To ensure the request for access was made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with your request. In this copy, black out your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Burgerservicenummer (BSN) to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but no later than within four weeks. We want to inform you that you have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

How Marly Grav secures personal data
We take the protection of your data seriously and implement appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized alteration. If you believe that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of misuse, please contact info@marlygrav.com. Our business processes are optimized for ISO27001, a European standard for the implementation of information security measures. All data is stored in a certified data center in Europe (Amsterdam).

The following measures have been taken to secure your personal data:
